By analyzing the current situation of the development of new technologies and the challenges faced by traditional library reference services, this article analyzes the status of library reference services. On this basis, the article considers the reference service system of the library with the content, ways and methods. At the end of the article, a series of safeguard measures are proposed in terms of thinking mode, innovative technology and management mode.
