Insufficiency and Improvement of Online Teaching in the Context of the Covid-19 Pandemic

In the face of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 virus, the Ministry of Education requires schools to postpone the opening, but calls for “ensuring learning undisrupted when classes are disrupted” at the same time. Online teaching has been widely used during the epidemic, but there are still many shortcomings, which limit the effectiveness of online teaching. Based on the current development of online teaching, this paper analyzes the main existing problems and puts forward some improvement measures in order to give full play to the advantages of online teaching and promote the teaching reform of combining online and offline in colleges and universities.
