Research on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Based on OBE Concept: Taking the “Computer Network Fundamentals” course as an example

Based on the OBE achievement-oriented education concept, the teaching system of the “Computer Network Foundation” course of the network security supervision major of the Anhui Public Security Vocational College was formulated, and the online and offline mixed teaching model of the SPOC flip classroom was designed. Through the three layers of “offline self-study”, “online test” and “answering and consolidating” to achieve a good distance teaching effect. Finally, the specific implementation of instructional design is described. In line with the trend of deepening reform in higher education, Anhui Public Security Vocational College online and offline mixed teaching model has achieved initial results and has been initially promoted.
