As individual participants at both ends of teaching activities, the subjective factors of teachers and students play a very important role in the development of Sergeant vocational and technical education. Effectively solving the problems existing in both teaching activities and seizing the opportunity for the development of college education reform is one of the current priorities of Sergeant Vocational and Technical Education institutions.
