Brief Analysis on the Comfort of Multi-Function Atrium in Architecture

In commercial buildings, atria often play the role of gathering and distributing people, leisure and entertainment, and shaping image. It is the key link in commercial buildings. Along with China's development on commerce, many hypermarkets and shopping malls emerge, whose atria have certain reference value for comfort considerations, design methods and so on. Taking three large commercial shopping malls in Wuhan as examples, this paper analyses the similarities and differences in the atrium between them and school buildings, and puts forward some measures that can be applied to school buildings to improve their comfort.
