Construction and Application of the Technology-based SMEs Credit Risk Assessment Index System

摘要

It is necessary to build up the scientific and effective index system of credit risk assessment of the Technology-based SMEs. Based on the previous research of credit risk assessment system of the technology-based SMEs by home and abroad scholars, this paper is to find out the existed problems of credit risk assessment system of the technology-based SMEs, and according to the designation principle of the credit risk assessment index system, try to construct a more concise, more practical and more targeted credit risk assessment index system. Finally, the constructed credit risk assessment index system of the technology-based SMEs is verified by the fuzzy comprehensive assessment (FCE) method.
