摘要

The system of one major tutor and several assistant tutors is a kind of organizational teaching method, which consists of a whole-course tutor and several assistant tutors. The full-course tutor plays a dominant role in guiding, supervising and managing the general practitioners in an all-round way. Medical students are in charge of the teaching and guidance of various rotating disciplines at various stages in the process of department rotation and community internship. Combining the system of "one major tutor and several assistant tutors" with the goal of normalized training of general practitioners, this paper attempts to apply the system of "one major tutor and several assistant tutors" and the PBL teaching mode to teach the clinical knowledge and comprehensive skills of general practitioners, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of the PBL teaching mode in the normalized training of general practitioners, so as to better train clinical comprehensive thinking of general practitioners, and effectively improve its ability to analyze and solve problems. This paper aims to provide a new attempt to optimize the normalized training of general practice resident doctors and train high-quality medical talents.
