Study on the Mental Care System of Disability Elderly People from the Perspective of 'Linkage of Community' - Take the H community in Jinan City as an example

To improve the modernization of the community, the spiritual care for the disabled can't be ignored, and how to better serve the disabled elderly by using the "linkage of community" is not to be ignored. This is the focus of this paper. Based on the empirical study of community H in Jinan, this paper summarizes the causes, paths and effects of spiritual care for the disabled elderly in community. The system construction is the top-level design of the government, the platform construction is the community platform guarantee, and the carrier construction is the perfection of social organization, and the talent construction is the cultivation and supply of social workers. The study found that as a part of the heart-warming community construction, the spiritual care for the disabled elderly people could not achieve good results by unilateral force. Only the linkage of the community, social organizations and social workers is really realized in order to promote the healthy development of services.
