摘要

In this paper, the improvements of electrophysiological method for the recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) identification using single-board computer are represented. The functional improvements in the method of RLN monitoring during the neck surgery, which consist in changes made to the procedure of stimulation of surgical wound tissues by the impulsive current. New method of segmentation of the information signal is proposed. It is shown that proposed improvements and signal segmentation method increase the effectiveness of RLN monitoring and decrease the risk of its damage.
