Methods of determining the parameters of the main task in management of educational environments research activities on the basis of project-vector methodology. The construction of the project-vector space is carried out on the basis of finding a vector evaluation of the results of activity. The goal is defined by minimizing the distance to the "ideal point". Determination of resistance coefficients is based on the correspondence matrix of the project direction and the directions of scientific research, previously undertaken by the project implementers. Implementation of these methods in microservice form proposed in the framework of information technology. Proposed methods can be used to implement the project-vector methodology of management of existing projects researches and for the selection of performers and partners for new projects.
