The social security environment is an important factor restricting human capital. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on the relationship between social security and human capital. This paper summarizes the literature on the relationship between social security, human capital, social security and human capital by scholars at home and abroad and proposes that social security and human capital influence each other.
