How Pain Stress Impact the Hospitalized Patient

Currently in human medicine, a more patient-centric approach to patient care and comfort is becoming more intensely studied. This has been done by redesigning the environment of the patient including; hospital waiting, examination and treatment rooms, and by thoughtfully implementing pain assessments during physical examinations for both verbal and non-verbal people.
