The article is devoted to the mathematical model and description of the functioning of the multi-correlometer which performs the processing of noise signals in electronic device authentication. It is proposed to use deterministic non-uniform sampling based on irregular pulse sequences with the properties of "no more than one coincidence" and "minimal aperiodicity". This allows eliminating aliasing effect, reducing the sampling frequency and requirements for frequency stability of the analog-to-digital converter.
