Design and Development of Test-tube Label Automatic Printing and Pasting System Based on Database

摘要

Through analysis of the use requirements of tube labels in the hospital and the existing conditions of the hospital, the overall design of the system was determined. The technical issues, such as the integration of label printing and test-tube labeling, the selection of different types of test-tubes, the handling of the test-tubes with different size, and the acquisition of the information in the database by tag pattern generating software were determined.. The purpose of the study is to develop the first full-automatic portable test-tube label printing and pasting system, integrated with printing and pasting, which can be linked with the database platform software. The actual operation of the system indicates that the printing and pasting system is in good condition and could be counted on.
