Transport properties of two-dimensional graphene-based superlattice are studied. An expression for the current density in the graphene layer is obtained for a number of variants of electric field. The influence of constant and alternating electric fields on the current is investigated. It is shown that the presence of the crosscurrent constant electric field leads to the appearance of an additional peak in the current-voltage characteristics of the superlattice. Also, the effect of the alternating electric field is studied. Analysis of this effect shows that in some conditions graphene superlattice has the negative differential conductivity and the absolute negative conductivity. And in several conditions superlattice can show the properties of insulator.
