Surface properties, technology of fabrication and prospects of application of medical implants from porous titanium obtained by powder metallurgy

The results of the study of the surface morphology of implants based on porous titanium obtained by method of powder metallurgy from titanium sponge are presented. The main steps of fabrication technology of the porous titanium that allows controlling the porosity of the material are given.
