Research on Function Expansion and Realization Path of University Library in Big Data Era

摘要

The basic function of university libraries is to serve teaching and scientific research. They need to complete the basic functions of administration, teaching tasks, information consultation, academic exchanges and social services. In addition to fulfilling the basic functions, university libraries should give full play to the resource advantages of University libraries, develop potential functions and expand functional paths so as to provide socialized services for readers and enterprises and institutions in need of society. This paper analyses the thought of function expansion of University library, and it is necessary for university library to carry out function expansion to meet the needs of social development and its own development.
