Therefore, studying the status quo and problems of the crowdfunding financing model and improving the crowdfunding financing model laws and technology platforms have a very important positive significance in breaking through the financing plight of small and micro enterprises, accelerating the speed of the development of small and micro enterprises, and promoting the development of China's national economy.
