摘要

The thermal decomposition of coal mine permissible emulsion explosive of class 3 has been analyzed by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The kinetics parameters such as apparent activation energy, pre-exponential factor were calculated by the Kissinger Equation, besides , combined with the Satava-Sestak Equation, the most probable mechanism function was inferred as 3D-diffusion reaction in column symmetry which can be described by Ginstling-Broush-tein equation. In addition, its characteristic temperature of thermal decomposition was compared with the emulsion temperature and sensitizing temperature in actual production as well as its application temperature. The results show that the coal mine permissible emulsion explosive of class 3 that we use in this study has a good thermal safety.
