The Employment-driven Effect on the Establishment of China's Strategic Petroleum Reserve-Preliminary Measurement Based on Chinese Input-Output Tables

The establishment of China's Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) promoted the development of relevant industries, and these industries could create more employment opportunities. Therefore, based on the establishment of SPR, this study applied Input-Output Tables to estimating its employment contribution to 23 related industries in national economy, used the employment–driven model to measure the driven-effect, and then proposed some policy suggestions.
