With the strategic readjustment of China's education system reform and social needs of talent, to promote higher education to meet university students, moral, intellectual, physical and other aspects of the comprehensive development of a comprehensive talent. In this paper, the literature survey and content analysis method, a preliminary analysis to establish a management evaluation system to determine a management evaluation of the university sports teams, the two index system and the corresponding evaluation criteria. In the comprehensive evaluation of the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the mode of management of the university sports teams, and provide a scientific basis for managers to develop system decision-making.
