摘要

Recently, Korea Electric Power Corporation (under KEPCO) decided VLF tanδ as optimum aging diagnosis and adopted VLF tanδ diagnostic method. But when diagnostic which based on existing standards is conducted, replacement cost and time of bad lines, labor supply are causing the problem. So, segmentation of VLF tanδ diagnosis standards and additional standards for assessment are very necessary. In this study, 'Skirt', 'Standard Deviation' are introduced as additional factors based on amendment of IEEE and opinion is suggested that segmentation and technical review for domestic condition.
