摘要

According to the systematic science theory and the concepts about efficacy coefficient and system synergy in some related literatures, power functions of duration, cost, quality and resource are established, and on the basis of that, the synergy function model of project's target system is constructed. Based on PSO, realize the multi-objective (cost, duration, quality and resource) synergy model optimization of engineering project, and through an example, the algorithm's feasibility and validity in the aspects of multi-objective optimization are verified.
