Most project managers can do survey advancement in a project against the triple constraint of cost, schedule, and scope (schedule and cost include scope secondary). The earned value system embodies scope and unifies it with cost and schedule and analyzes them. Already, EVM employment keynote does not support monitor of performance projects that their factors are intangible, ambiguous and difficult to measure. For this reason, we use the fuzzy logic for earned value management. This paper improves the ability of project managers for making decisions by supplying a reliable cost and schedule performance indices. The proposed method is studied by a numerical method and its consequences are shown to imply applicably for general employment of the fuzzy earned value management (FEVM).
