Considerations regarding simulation according to the New Romanian Civil Code and the Previous Romanian Civil Code

Simulation is when by mutual agreement, a contract does not express the true intent of the parties. Simulation is absolute when the parties intend the contract to produce no effects between them. Simulation is relative when the parties intend that the contract shall produce effects between them, though different from those recited in their contract.
