摘要

In this study, we investigated the effects of formaldehyde (FA) on immune cells. The proliferation induced by ConA or LPS in splenocytes was not modified by FA exposure. FA exposure, however, activated signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 (STAT5) in thymocytes, suggesting that STAT5 is a candidate for a biomarker for inhalation of FA in the indoors.
