Immunomodulation and stages of antigen specific response on herpes antigens

The influence of immunomodulation on dynamics of early (antigen binding lymphocytes - ABL) and effector phases (antibodies) of antigen specific response was studied in experiment of rabbits immunization with herpes vaccine and at treatment of patients with herpes relapse. Introduction of preparations of Il- 1, Il-2, polyoxidonium and interferon inductor bacterial (IIB) to rabbits on the whole accelerates appearance and disappearance ABL but accelerates and intensifies antibody response. The introduction of preparations of IL-2 and IIB to patients accelerates disappearance ABL and accelerates and intensifies their IgG antibody response. The direct dependence of IgG response velocity and intensity of patients from velocity of ABL disappearance was revealed.
