摘要

We introduce phenylene-thiophene cooligomer (dbo-P3TP) as an active material for organic TFTs with high environmental stability. The dbo-P3TP based TFT showed mobility of 0.02 cm{sup}2/Vs and low off current around 12 pA. The fabricated devices have good storage and bias stress stability without or with passivation. We also fabricated and demonstrated a 3.5 inch QQVGA OTFT-OLED panel driven by dbo-P3TP based TFTs. This result represents the world's top level OTFT-OLED module in respect to real driving. The lifetime of dbo-P3TP based OTFT-OLED panel reflected the mixed degradation states compared with passive matrix OLED.
