This paper introduces eleven rules of mineral processing reagents and groups , periods , diagonal relationships contiguity et al in periodic table of chemical element, and emphasizes flotation reagents and flotation effect of recovering minerals with the first subgroup elements copper, silver and gold, and puts forward systematically the reagents regularity of different elements mineral flotation.
