摘要

The laboratory assignments as part of the Plans and Training programs in the careers of Engineering,is a fundamental element to complement the knowledge that the students acquire in the classrooms.The deficiencies in the attention to the students in the laboratories, are associate to inadequateinfrastructure, insufficiency of equipment, absences of the Technicians responsible for the areas and abad planning of the laboratory practices, among other aspects, that will hit in an inadequatepreparation of the students, having affected their profile and, to a certain extent, their insertion and/orperformance in the labor field.The establishment of mechanisms of verification of quality of service in the laboratories of teaching, aswell as the determination of the actions that make possible not only to correct the detected faults, butalso to improve the positive aspects, these ones will favor the establishment of a process ofcontinuous improvement in service.The present work contributes with elements that facilitate the implementation of a QualityManagement System for the service in the teaching laboratory.
