(795)WEB-BASED LEARNING OBJECT FOR COMPARATIVE LOANCALCULATIONS

摘要

A web-based learning object to make loan calculations has been implemented for teaching purposes.The loan calculator accepts several input variables such as the loan amount, its length and the annualinterest to provide graphical comparative results of the interest paid, the principal paid, the monthlypayment and the remaining balance for each month during the loan term. Moreover, this learningobject calculates the amortization tables for both the French and German methods including annualinterest variations defined by the user in case of long-term loans.
