JapaneseCharacters (Kanji) is made up of several components.and required long transition distances betweencomponents while writing it without sight lead imbalanced shape.There is no program that is thesystem examined slightly. And enough though the guidance method of the Japanese Characters(Kanji) study of the School for the blind. special needs education、 We have developed a system tolearn the Japanese Characters (Kanji) writing for a visual impaired student using a haptic interface.voicing speech and the stroke order. This system is called "Hitsugaku". The proposed supportmethods using stroke order and Japanese kanji components information. Moreover, this systemvalues the stroke order. The system is aimed at repeated self-learning of writing a balanced JapaneseCharacters (Kanji) without help of other people. By using Histugaku created with this system, weconducted the Kanji writing experiment with two blind participants. As the result, it was proven thatthey were able to repeated self-learning of writing a balanced Japanese kanji without a guide andJapanese character background.
