The objective is to introduce a process to promote reflection as a study technique to diploma innursing students who are in year one and semester two of their program. It is a drive to give insight tothese junior ones to show in what way the reflection and reflective writing can help them. The processwill facilitate and allow them to express their feelings and experiences.As a study technique reflection and reflective writing can assist to bridge a gap between classroomand clinical skills. Reflective process can help to improve decision making ability.This project paper offers the strategies to implement reflection at an early stage. This is the periodwhere the young future professionals are able to take comments and corrections diligently andpositively. The students become more proficient to carry out the skills in nursing.
