摘要

In order to tackle the EOL (End of life) test problem of ECU equipped with communication bus, this paper designs an integrative system platform for electrical testing and brings out a scheme describing how to compile and implement the structured script language for test cases. Firstly, test objects are subdivided and classified. Then the test system and its workflow is put forward which comprising ECU under test, test-board, and tester. Test cases are regularly described by script language. Lastly, the paper gives an example that how to test one programmable port of multiple switch detection interface MC33972. Besides commonality and portability, the proposed design scheme could help to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the EOL test.
