The tall apartment building of Fortune Center phasensited in Beijing is 193.4m height which structure system is mixed frame-corewall structure. In this paper, some analysis methods used to solve the problems presented because of the composite structure beyond the code-specification are introduced. The design criteria and analysis results in this paper can be referenced in the design of similar structures.
