Virtual Experimental Research on New-type Cleaning Element in Brush Shape of Sugarcane Harvester

摘要

The numerical simulation orthogonal experiment method is presented to study the structural parameters and installation way affecting the fatigue life and cleaning efficiency of the cleaning element of the sugarcane harvester. First, the material of the cleaning element, the front angle of installation, and so on, influence the cleaning effects, so the mechanisms of cleaning leaf are researched and the laws of influence of different factors are concluded. And then, according to the cleaning mechanism and the orthogonal experiment design, the finite element models are built and analyzed on the software-ANSYS. Finally, the analyzed results are investigated with the comprehensive balancing method to obtain the optimal combination of different factors. Thus, the optimal combination can provide enough reacting force to get better cleaning effects and lessen the stress on the root of the cleaning element. The practical application indicates that using the orthogonal experimental method to determine the optimal combination can receive better effects.
