Large-amplitude collective dynamics of oblate-prolate shape coexistence in the low-lying states of proton-rich ~(68'70'72)Se are studied. The collective path (collective submanifold) is extracted from the time-dependent Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov (HFB) manifold by use of the adiabatic self-consistent collective coordinate (ASCC) method. The inertial functions for the large-amplitude collective vibration along the collective path and for the three-dimensional rotation are microscopically calculated. Solving the collective Schrodinger equation, excitation spectra, E2 tran-sition probabilities, and spectroscopic quadrupole moments are evaluated.
