摘要

Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)with a lot of cylindrical shapes of crystalline pores can offer a high adsorption capacity for organic compounds.The pore walls of carbon nanotubes are mainly consisting of graphite sheets.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),consisting of at least two carbon layers,have mesoporous pores.CNTs have been recently proposed as an effective adsorption material for organic pollutants even at trace concentrations,such as ethanol,n-hexane,n-nonane and CCl4 and Dioxin.
