摘要

Authors reported previously how to measure s-triazolo [3,4-a] phthalazine which formaldehyde and 1-hydrazinopthalazine react and produced by HPLC with a fluorescence detector. The post column fluorescence derivatization method was examined in order to raise improvement in measurement accuracy in this time. The formaldehyde in indoor air is sampled for 60 minutes using passive sampler. Subsequntly, formaldehyde in collection medium is extracted with water. The derivative which the formaldehyde in an extract and 1,3-cyclohexanedione react and produce is measured by HPLC with fluorescence detector.
