摘要

PEMFC has been researched and developed in DICP for only 6 years, but a steady progress has been made to make PEMFC technology. The PEMFC Technology is ready for commercialization in DICP. Production facilities and capacity for a certain volume of the carbon supported platinum catalyst, the electrode, MEAs, bipolar plates and PEMFC stacks from hundred watts to kilowatts are already available. Parts of products are commercially available for sale. Transfer of the PEMFC technology or establishment of a joint venture for production of PEMFC systems will be considered.
