Light and low cost devices for human body action or situation monitoring has been required as emergency item in geriatrics field. Electric capacitor shaped pipe with half-fill liquid sealing has some possibility to fit this, when the capacitor value would be changed by the half-fill liquid flowing due to pipe geometric change. Small diameter pipe surrounded electrodes capacitor is very simple structure and light weight, that is suitable for body-attachment device. Feasibility study was done on the feature with successfully.
