Search algorithm for optimal pattern of cooling zone in hot rolling

摘要

In hot rolling, it is very important to fit the temperature change of coils to target temperature pattern for product's quality. To achieve the target, we need to optimize cooling pattern. In this paper, we suggest that new search algorithm for optimal pattern of cooling zone in hot rolling. We presented the algorithm to decide the optimal cooling pattern checked by numerical simulation.
