Finite-dimensional approximation method for l{sub}1-control with multi-objective constraints

In this paper, the l{sub}1 optimal control problem with frequency and/or time domain constraints on the closed-loop response is considered. In the literature, it was shown that the FMV-FME method may result in duality gap. This paper proposes a new method to approximate dual problems in finite dimensional spaces. To illustrate the applicability of the method numerical examples are demonstrated.
