An analysis method for uncertain systems: directional stability radius

For parametric uncertain systems coefficients of the characteristic polynomials are to he allowed certain perturbations, with stability intact. In this paper, we propose a new stability margin estimater, directional stability radius, for analyzing stability of such uncertain systems. It is a stability radius where coefficient perturbations are supposed to be in certain constrained directions.
