A spatio-temporal data management structure for identifying the picture of monitoring camera

In case of emergency, we need to grasp the situation and make correct assessment quickly. The picture taken from monitoring camera is one of the sources of information in the emergent situation. In our research, we attempt to built a support system for identifying the picture of the monitoring camera by dealing with the pictures as spatio-temporal data and using XAT structure (expanded Adaptable Tree structure for moving objects) for their management.).
