摘要

This paper has studied the effects of various deformation temperature, strain rate and reduction on austenite static recrystallization of Ti-added ultra-low carbon steel during hot rolling by means of double hit compression tests in the Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator and the corresponding precipitates were observed by TEM. The results show that when rolling temperature drops from 1200 deg C to 1100 deg C, the minimum strain that can cause the deformed austenite grains to recovery and recrystallize increases from 22
