The paper systematically studies the rule of producing and development of triple cementite, and the influence of the annealing process on texture of deep-drawing steel sheet with carbon content less than 0.03 percent wt. The result of thermal simulated test shows that coiling temperature(CT) of hot rolling is important to produce triple cementite. The study shows, the annealing temperature and time of the steel are less than those of 08Al, while the comprehensive properties is much better than that of it. The paper draws a conclusion that when CT lower than A_r1, annealing temperature lower than 700 deg c, time of heat retaining 4h, the deep-drawing steel sheet will be gotten, which has good comprehensive properties with less triple cementite and high value of n and r, and high percentage elongation.
