Designing self-explanation environment for multilayer understanding. In case of program understanding

摘要

This paper describes self-explanation for the objects, adopting program understanding as an example of the domain that has multiple aspects of understanding. Also, this paper describes how to use multimedia effectively to design a system that supports self-explanation environment.
