The problems of access to continental markets for UK electrical contractors

The author describes some of the problems that UK-based, small and medium-sized electrical contractors are likely to encounter when seeking to work in one of the continental Member States of the European Communities (EC). This perspective has been adopted in order to highlight the three key issues concerning the operation of the Single Market in connection with the activities of electrical contracting.
