摘要

This paper describes a general method for tolerances analysis of mechanical systems assembled with parallel links. The novelty in this paper is in the use of mathematical tools that allow a generic analysis of the problem. Thanks to the clearance and deviation domains concept and associated method, the inequalities system that represents the respect of the functional requirement in the worst case can be automatically determined. With Monte Carlo method and by taking the deviations components as random variables, the statistical study becomes possible. In this way, the use of MMC modifier can be taken into account for the geometric tolerances. The generic aspect of the method is developed by the definition of a calculation generic algorithm in the worst case and in the statistical study for parallel link assembly.
